The control freak extremists who are advising the minority liberal government have watched the Bill Barr and Trump's use of federal USA police agencies to gas, shoot, kidnap, assault and terrorize innocent citizens using the federal laws of immunity to act without any oversight or public recourse to damages.
The control freak liberal extremists said we can do better than that - we will create a climate police force that can enter, ransack, steal, harass, threaten, assault, use deadly force without any of those pesky human-rights getting in the way.
