High School Diplomas Sold for $465 - No Requirements

In this video Steve talks about individuals getting high school diplomas for 465 dollars just because some states allow unregulated schools to issue them and the school can issue them because someone said "yeah I did my homeschool .... and qualify - here is my $465 please take my picture in cap and gown and issue the spiffy certificate".

In this video Steve explains that these "No requirement High School Diplomas" degrades the value of everyone's certificate who actually went to school, studied, wrote and passed tests and have a baseline of knowledge and some academic skills.

Conclusions

Many of the home schooled were the result of COVID. MY guess is that when the 2023 and 2024 world rankings are presented the USA will fall even farther down the list.
